- [ ] Hi, so me my mom and my sister created an account op betamo (my mom and i live in the same house) sister was visiting us, we were on the same wifi network, so we played and i won first ([EDIT]) so i uploaded my documents for the verification and it took so long to let them verify my documents but after that they send me my money and they blocked me after that, they said as reason; duplicate accounts)?? ok, so they didn t blocked my sister ([EDIT]) she played and played and after a while she won and cashed here money out and she had to send a few documents also to verify herself, after that she got blocked and received here payment. so my mom account didn t got blocked, since the beginning i used my bank account to topup here account and add funds to it and they didn t blocked any, my mom doesn t have an bank card so i used mine all the time, they let me top up here account and still didn t block any. she played with €200 and won €609 and she pressed the button to cash it out and now she is blocked and isn t gettin any money back?? because they say its fraud??? i’ve proof that its my mom and she wants here money back

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this situation. The Betamo terms of use contain the following:

"Betamo Casino does not accept third party payments. You must make deposits only from a bank account, bank cards VISA/MasterCard, payment systems Skrill/NETELLER or other payment methods that is registered in your own name. If we determine during the security checks that you have violated this condition then your winnings will be confiscated and original deposit returned to the owner of the payment accoun; Betamo Casino also is not responsible for any lost funds deposited from third party accounts."

If a payment has been made to an account from a payment method that is not in owned by the person named on the account sadly you have violated the above term.
