Player's Complaint
I deposited $900 and $2000 to play blackjack at Beta. Once my deposits cleared the system told me that Blackjack was not available in my area. I have been since trying to get my deposits refunded and have download numerous documents to them, only to have the documents deemed invalid. All I want is my deposit returned to the etransfer account from which they were paid. Its ridiculous they can take deposits but refuse to refund them and make me go thru stupid hurdles of proving my id etc. I registered on the site under my name [EDIT] as that is what name I go by. My ID's are under [EDIT]. I just want my two deposits refund back via retransfer into the account they were paid from

To summarise.
– Use of this service does not preclude your seeking redress through court proceedings .
– This service is free to use for both the complainant and operator.
– At any point during the procedure the submitting party retains the right to withdraw their complaint. This does not preclude our right to continue the discussion with the involved operator of general issues related to the complaint (i.e. insufficiently clear terms and conditions).
– You are not obliged to obtain independent or legal advice or representation, though you may choose to do so.
I'll contact the operator and see what we can find out for you.
Thanks,
