The betamo casino wont accept my cashout request because they say i have duplicate account while i dont have that so i think they say this son that they dont have to pay me out.
I will send this case to my lawyer if they dont pay me out so if you can help me that they accept cashout request than i dont hire a lawyer

Our understanding is that this was a mistake at Betamo that should be corrected shortly and that you should re-request your withdrawal.
