Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolved their issue on their own.

Player's Complaint

Player protection ignored

I asked the casino to block me and shortly afterwards I had access again.

Payments in the four-digit range followed. Without minimal control, as the player just wanted to be blocked

At the request of a transaction list, the casino blocked me and did not answer any questions or help that I asked for. I ask for reclamation as there are several violations of the law.
