Player's Complaint

on September 21, I made a deposit which was accepted. I managed to win PLN 7,500. I tried to withdraw, but I did not have any verification documents added and accepted. on the menu day all documents were sent and accepted. but the casino still refused to withdraw, this time I wanted to pay 6,000 PLN. when I tried to contact me, I was told that I have a second account, which is an absolute lie. after attempts to contact me, the staff started to be unpleasant informing me that it was up to the management board. all of a sudden the winnings have completely disappeared from my account and I have been informed that the account will be closed completely. I have photos of the amount that was and disappeared from the profile.

Now i have only 100 PLN in my account
I was cheated and robbed. I have never had a second account at Bet Amo

Hi kubpia123,

We've reviewed your issue with Betamo and sadly we cannot uphold your claim. Unfortunately you are mistaken and you have previously opened an account and played with this operator.

On the 24th of July you opened an account with Betamo. With this account you made a deposit and claimed the first deposit bonus.

On the 9th of August you've opened another account, again deposited and claimed the welcome bonus.

This breaches terms both prohibiting open more than one account and claiming bonuses more than once.

The above being the case the operator are within their rights to consider the second account void.
