Betamo - unwanted misleading so called reward

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been playing on betamo.com since a few days. I play blackjack. I played quite a lot in recent days. I also lost at least 2000 E. Yesterday I started playing again and then I deposited 300E in my account. then saw that I already had 325e in total. Without noticing anything, I started playing Blackjack on table with a minimum 100e bet. Soon I was on profit and I already had 700e total. When I wanted to pay the amount it said that only 300e was possible. I then asked support for help but they told me that I received 25E reward bonus from tournament and that I had to play it first. I thought that was unfair at the time, I did not ask for a bonus at all, I never activated it myself and without my 300e deposit I would not even be able to play in Blackjack table 100e. I kindly asked that they solve this but customer service told me that I just had to play a little bit more and then it was done. So I did that and then I already had 757.50e in total. I then asked for a payout request but they declined because I am allowed to place bet of a maximum of 5e playing bonus, actually I was told that 25e is reward I had won in a tournament This doesnt souds like reward, and i was not aware that i played tournament. They have made it possible for me to deposit and place bets in every room , but after i won they told me it is not according to bonus rules. Is this my reward? I never asked for it, i didnt activated they just put it on my account and acitvated already for me. Is this the way how fair casino should reward his costumers?. This method is very suspicious and misleading and to the detriment of customers while claiming that they have actually rewarded me. At that time I could have lost my money or deposited more money and lost everything because everything was frozen due to measly bonus of 25e. I ask you to do something about this. I might also consider going to court and tackling this misleading bonus. I am not looking for more money, I have honestly accepted my loss of recent days, but I regard this method as very misleading. I hope you will work on this.

Thanks thats fine for now. First of all let me remind that 25e they call it "reward". They activated it autimatic for me. Thus should never happen in any case, i never accepted any bonus from this casino or even on any other casino. I deposited 300e to play in BlackJack 100e table. In my play history you can see i mostly play 50e and i deposited in few days 5000e or more. I m really not waiting on rewerad of 25e under some very strange misleading conditions. I really think this is done on purpose. Thanks
