Player's Complaint
Dear sir, madame,
Hereby i am e-mailing you to inform you that i am the process with an experienced lawyer to file a lawsuit against Betamo Casino. The reason is that Betamo casino does not follow the (online) gambling rules of The Netherlands and they let me deposit 500 euro's in 6 deposits within an hour. This is not part of responsible gambling and a danger to myself and other people. Also The Netherlands uses CRUKS (centraal register uitschrijven kansspelen) and i am registered here, This also makes BetAmo violate Dutch rules and a court will judge in my favor.
Before i file a lawsuit with you, my lawyer Loonstein Lawyers advised me to file a claim directly to you, to first ask you for my money back, before bringing this to a Dutch court.
I ask you to return the € 500,- euro's deposited on saturday 01-04-2023 between 08:10 and 08:55 o'clock on [EDIT]
Via this way i hope that a Dutch court doesn't have to get involved with this.
I expect a response within five business days.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. As explained in our Complaints FAQs we do not pursue refunds of losses based on lack of license. If your own government cannot prevent unlicensed operators from accepting their citizens, there is no possibility of the operator offering a refund simply on the basis of us asking them to.
