Betamo - VPN problems

Player's Complaint

On July 8, I deposited 20 euros on betamo. I won 100 euros. I wanted to withdraw, but betamo has so extended the bureaucracy that I have not withdrawn the money until now. I paid in the Netherlands, from a Dutch bank account. In Holland I played and won at the casino. Now I am on vacation in Poland. Betamo casino refused to withdraw my money due to VPN login to my account. I got an email that my account was automatically deleted and that I should apply for my 20 euro. Why is betamo blocking the money I have made, honestly won, while still in the Netherlands 2 weeks ago? I logged in to the VPN to see why the money did not reach me, because it took a long time through betamo.Why did the casino lock the money I once earned? and why when you deposit money into a casino you don't need anything, if you want to withdraw money you suddenly do authorizations and problems?
