Resolved - Betamo Casino has informed us that this player has been paid. The player has been non-responsive to our requests for updates so we assume they are happy.

When submitting the withdraws they got declined and asked me to upload more documents for verification. After uploading the required documents they are not cancelled.
But now they are 7+ days under review, even when they got no reason to not approve them now.
