A short description of your claims: i won a big win a a powerspin bonus game of 5 euro spin, i won like 28.000 euros. have won there before and made withdraws of 4k euros befor, but now when i wanna make withdraws of 4k euros or even 2.5k euros they wont accepted them and it has been in progress since the 2th of july. they say they have an investigation against my withdraws but cant give me any information about it!!!

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
