As this issue was resolved to the player's satisfaction (verified directly with the player) before the intervention of ThePOGG.com (i.e. as soon as management were aware of this issue) the body of this complaint has been removed at the request of BETAT management as they feel it unfairly represents the service they offer.

Before I can move forward in assisting with your complaint I need you to confirm:

1) your username at BETAT

2) your email address at BETAT

3) your country of residence

Once I have the above information I'll contact the operator and see what I can find out.

I do have to make clear at this stage that while we can and will review the technical aspects of whether or not your accounts promotions have been managed correctly we cannot force operators to provide additional incentives beyond those outlined within terms and conditions and we do not deal with internal disciplinary issues involving casino staff. The issue will be brought to the attention of casino management, if they feel the individual staff member has behaved inappropriately they will take action, but this is not an aspect of your complaint that we will specifically investigate.
