9.12.2020 I played this casino. I won the amount 6200 eur. I uploaded right away documents they asked for, and they accepted all, and asked 1 more about Skrill history. I sent it them and they approved it.
Went 2 weeks and I did not hear my money. They promised and said i just need to wait.
They disabled my account. Then they emailed me that my withdrawal 'bounced back'. And they will sent it another time, Bank Transfer. They asked again 2 documents about my bank account and address, I sent them and they approved them.
Now they are ignore my all emails, and the money hasnt seen.
Could you please help me with this case. I havent broke any of their terms

Hey, The casino has not paid my winnings. The casino is refusing answering me anything. This case is not going forward.
Today 19.1.2021 the casino paid my withdrawal 6200e. Big thank you for my help. :)
