Betchain has refused to process my withdrawal or refund my initial deposit. I have been a player there for a few years.
about a year ago, [EDIT] from Betchain sent me an email stating that I could keep 2 accts from all the ones they had at Betchain, associated with this ip. I kept mine and our friend sigs.
since then, every time i try to withdraw a substantial amount, they disable my account.
up until now, every time this disabling happens, [EDIT] has been there to enable my acct and process my withdraw.
and she is able to do this because she knows who myself and my friend are.
about 6 months ago, our friend [EDIT] wanted a Betchain acct. knowing that we've had issues with the ip, i went to support before i helped [EDIT] make an account. i told them it was me, in the sig acct, and i was helping my friend set up an acct. i got approval from support.
well, [EDIT] won. and we had to send her id and all that. her account wasn't disabled until nov 5th, coincidentally, the same day i tried to withdraw 3.3 btc.
we went through this, they wouldn't let me withdraw the 3.3 btc. they said that Betchain no longer allowed for any player to withdraw more than .5 btc per week, and it would take 7 weeks to get my winnings.
anyway, after threatening to go to the forums, they got approval to withdraw 2.6 at one time.
there has been a few more time before all of that, but i don't need to go into them, unless i need to.
so myself and my friend went on our trip and when we got back, [EDIT] said she wanted to play at Betchain. My friend told her she could just play in her acct when she wasn't using it. I said just make her a new one.
Betchain knows who we are. every time i withdraw, we have to send our ids and prove who we are. they have approved myself and my friend at this ip.
[EDIT] accounts have been made thru ref links, she is a person, they have her id, everything is fine when she deposits.
only when i withdraw is there a problem.
There are so many emails and screenshots of all of our convos back and forth from when this happens, so any proof needed, i have.
And if they hadn't always fix my acct disabling and processed my withdraws previously, then i might understand. but since they have always reopened my acct and processed my withdraws, and continued to accept my deposits, knowing very well that we had 2 accounts with the same ip, they can not say im in violation of their terms and conditions, as they have approved and enabled my account every time.
