Player's Complaint

Recently signed up for betchain. Took the match bonus and depoisted 246 and ended up winning 1510 but they took my winnings and said duplicate account which it is not. Im an avid online slot player and so is a friend of mine at work. We often tell each other of new sites we find. He had told me about betchain and said its highly recommened and i should sign up. So i did i made my account before him signed up before him and made a deposit and took the match bonus before him. I worked on night last week until 8pm then made thw account and deposited at work before i went home so it was all done and i could relax and play right away. So i did that. Played at home for next 2 days and ended up having my biggest cashout ever. Was very excited. Verified fast which was nice. Then get email saying funds are taken due to duplicate account. I was very confused. I sent an email to them and they didnt respond to me. So i went to live chat and they said duplicate account and i said no its not not possible. I live alone and no other adults in my house. My work is under public wifi. Its public anyone can use it. They said 2 accounts were made with the ip address and i said so check where all my playing was done will be a different ip address from where it was made. They said no they wont check that info and the descion is final. I ask to speak with a supervisor they said he wasnt available. I asked for his email they wouldnt give it to me. Then proceeded to tell me final descion and i was wasting their time and then they blocked me from live chat. I was polite and not rude in anyway. Can you please help me get my money that i won fairly. Me and my work friend are pretty much on all the same websites and have never had this problem. We do work together but most of my playing is done at home and weve never had this issue before. There refusal to acknowledge that all my playing was done at my home really got me worked up and now they wont return emails or live chat. But in the meantime im still receiving bonus spins and match bonuses by email..like i would depoist again after this. I feel like im being completly ripped off and ita not a good feeling. Can you please help me get my winnings guys? Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.
