Hello, I founded Betchain casino in internet and played welcome bonus with 200 Eur deposit at 23.11.2021. I played Dog house game with 5 eur bet and its allowed to play with bonus. I had 5979 balance after wager requirements was done and I requested a withdrawal. I send them my passport, Bank details, utility bill, selfie with ID. After that they started to asking more documents like bank statements and I sent these. Then nothing happened and I contacted them again and again to ask what is situation with withdrawal. Then they asked me to Skype video call and I did it succesfully and answered all questions. And then they told me that withdrawal is processed and it should to come to bank in 10 days. when 10 days was gone I contacted them because no money came. Then they asked me more bank statement to proof that money hasnt come. I sent it. Then went about 2 weeks and I asked again what is situation and then they told they are not gonna pay it to me? And they didnt told me any reasons for that. [EDIT] I did read all the terms and conditions and I didnt break any rules or any bonus terms. Can you help me?
