I have informed that this site could help me with my problem. 11.11.2021 was the day I played this casino's welcome bonus.
The casino has asked for many many documents from me. The casino has blocked my account. I sent all documents it asked for, 3 months payslips and bank statements and all.
The casino does not answer my emails and im worried about this. please help me

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. I have sent them twice all the documents they asked for. Payslips, pdf bank statements from 3 months back, selfie ids, everything. They keep asking me to send again same ones and does not verify my account.
Today (24.11.2021) the casino and I have sent each other many emails and documents. Finally they are ready to pay my winnings and asked (again?) my bank informations to pay the withdrawal.
