Betchan - Chargeback allegation

Found for the Casino - Due to some form of banking issue, the deposit in question was never removed from the player's account. As such any play with it is void.

Player's Complaint

Dear ThePogg

The Casino Betchan acusses me i triggered a chargeback. Of course i never did this and i have proof for this. I sent them my complete bank statement from whole september and all transactions to the casino are visible. They still say they are missing the funds. They closed my account and confiscated 500€ from me. I'm innocent. Please help me.

Hi Nema,

I've now reviewed this issue thoroughly with the operator and sadly we cannot uphold your claim.

The bank statement you sent through for September shows 4 deposits made to N1 Interactive - the license holder for Betchan - over the course of the month:

24/09 - €54.97

27/09 - €54.98

27/09 - €54.98

30/09 - €54.83

These deposits correspond to deposits that we can confirm you made with this account to the following operators:

Casino Kakadu

Casino Kakadu

Pino Casino

Casino Rex

As all 4 deposits shown on your statement can be accounted for, any payment to Betchan is not present on this statement. Whether this is due to a chargeback actioned by you or an issue with the payment processor, we cannot state with certainty (though the payment processor have confirmed that this was a chargeback, alongside a list of other payments from your account) but either way as the deposited funds have not been removed from your account any play with them would be void.

What else can i do to prove that i'm innocent? I am not a scammer. If this is a payment issue who can help me? I feel scammed because i did absolutely nothing.

As you can see on my bank statement i never did a chargeback.

As already stated, there is nothing further we can do to assist you.

Your bank statement does not prove you did not chargeback. In fact, that is the most likely reason that there is no transaction on your statement to Betchan casino. But regardless of whether you did or not, if the deposit was not taken from you bank account, any play with these funds is null and void.

It is not my fault if the transaction failed. The transaction came through and was successful. I was able to play with the funds and won with them. I have done everything i can do to prove i'm innocent. The chargeback would be shown on the bank statement so this is in fact a proof.

I don't know what else to do. Who can help me if you can't do it? I feel scammed.

Hi Nema,

Fault is not a question here - if you made no deposit to the operator, and you did not make a deposit, any play with the funds that were erroneously added to your account is non-valid. You had no possibility of losing, so neither did you have any possibility of winning.

As explained at the start of this process, if you are unhappy with the ruling given you are entitled to pursue your matter via the relevant court systems.

Hello

Of course i did a deposit to the operator. The money i had on my casino account to play with did not come from nowhere.

I get accused for doing a chargeback which is just not true. So the casino is not right here.

Hi Nema,

I cannot explain this any more clearly.

You have NOT deposited to the operator. All of the transactions on your bank statement to this licensee have been accounted for by the payment processor (not the operator) as being directed to other operators on this license. There is no deposit to Betchan casino that left your account during this time period.

You may have tried to deposit to the operator. But the money has never been removed from your account.

Whether that's because there was a legitimate error with the payment being processed, or whether you have later gone and voided the transaction via a chargeback, we cannot say with certainty. What we can say is that you never actually paid the operator for this deposit.

As is standard across the industry, operators credit players accounts immediately then have to wait on the payment being passed to them by the payment processor. This is to ensure players do not have to wait on deposits arriving. Where a deposit is not ultimately honoured, it is void and any play with it is also void.

And as stated previously, the above being established fact, there is nothing further we can do to assist you.

You have received a clear ruling on this matter. No deposit was taken from your account and as such all play with the incorrectly added funds is void.

This service will not allow you to make any further baseless claims of illegality. If you are unhappy with the ruling you have received you are free to seek a second opinion via the court systems as has already been explained to you.
