A short description of your claims:
Dear, I was playing slots by betchan.com with A first deposit bonus. It was going good And my wagering was going higher And higher And there where no signals or something that say I was doing something wrong. My wagering was going above 5€ while the bonus was active. The Winnings where going to 5500€. So I want to payout. And then I get an e-mail. We noticed, that you have breached our maximum allowed bet with an active bonus rule.
In My Eyes this feels like fraude. Because it is easy to set A limiet in this play so you can not breach the limit. People who played And lose als do not get there money back afther breaching the limit And lose.
I want what I have won And that there is going to be A limit wager so that you can not breach the limit voor every player.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do for you in this instance. Where you accept a bonus you are agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions associated with that bonus. If you have exceeded bets of €5/round while playing with a bonus you have breached these terms and the operator are within their rights to consider the bonus contract void and reset both parties to pre-contract conditions.
All we can suggest is that you ensure you read and adhere to the terms of any bonus you accept in future.
