I made a deposit at this casino and started playing
I participated in roulette and a couple of slot machine.
I placed various bets on this slot machine.
after my wagering of € 4000 I was on € 1711 to pay out.
after paying this amount they confiscated the amount because with bonus money I would have violated the conditions.
I bet more than € 5 per round and the conditions say that this is not allowed.
I think it is unfair to say that afterwards and would like to receive my winnings.
customer service says that I have agreed to the terms and that I have lost my money.
if you cannot bet more than € 5 then they must ensure that this is not possible.
I think it is very unfair because after the wagering of € 4000, the profit simply has to be paid out.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. If you have accepted a bonus then not adhered to the rules that you agreed to the operator are within their rights to consider the bonus contract void and reset both parties to pre-contract conditions. All we can suggest is that you read and adhere to the rules of any bonus you accept in future.
