Player's Complaint

I contacted chat support on betchan because i wanted to self exclude myself and ask a question.

I did for one year and asked in the chat” is it possible to exclude myself for a year on other websites” they said we can do that. I said because i have a gambling problem but misworded it. I meant more so “problem” that allot of times i miss payments due to not being able to bet (i play only lightening roulette. And they right away closed my account and said they exclude me on all Malta licences. Now this because of me saying gambling problem but they dont understand that english is my second language so they interpreted it wrong. I mean pronlem due 2 missing bets and being fed up inma exclude myself for a year and just ask if thats possible to exclude me everywhere for a year.. i asked betchan these days whys and buts but:are not very helpfull or friendly. CUtting me of and repeating themselfs. Now i have another account on a website and indont wanna have problems getting this because of betchan and what they did ( they say its regulations ) but i am trying to tell them its a miswording

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. If you have used the term 'gambling problem' then the operator are required by their license to close your account.

However it should be pointed out that you are not excluded from all Maltese licensed sites, only the ones that share a license with BetChan.
