I wanted to deposit 200€ via Rapid Transfer,but it failed and the money got taken off my Bank account but didnt went to my Casino Account. I contacted betchan support already but i haven got any usefull information or a refund since 1 week!! I have closed my Account permanantly at their site and still waiting for my refund! I already provided them with all the necessary Documents for Withdrawl ( ID,Adress Conformation,Bank Protocol etc.)
Please help me because I need that money urgently and I dont know what taken them so long to issue a simple refund
