Player's Complaint
I deposited via Ideal. I found out that this deposit method cannot be offered to Dutch players, other casino's have been fined for that recently. I want Betchan to reverse my ideal deposits, but they do not response in any way to my emails. I contacted the Malta Gaming Authoriry and they told me to contact you.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to assist you in this instance. The MGA does not prohibit its licensees from accepting Dutch players of iDeal as a deposit method. If the Dutch government has issue with this you would need to escalate this issue to the relevant government department.
