Others slots are all okay fuction. But only EGT game slot specially 100 burninh hot, 40 burning hot. 40 king.

Delayed showing result. Freezing screen. No showing result immediately and deducted from my account. Even I closed window money are deducted from my account.

When I click SPIN/Auto spin. It take much later time to operate. And result are not immediately appeared. Tried to fixed several times. And close window and so on. My networking is okay. The other slos are working well. When I was tried to close. Change game I realized all money gone.

Request you to revoke three slots games played amount. 23th Feb ~ 10th Mar.

request betchan to check all data what I did play for this three games. And see the result there is nothing win during i spent bunch money. Because all screen are not working. Even they appear rollin but result already gone.

Check data and revoke amount from played that games. Technically there is problem. Betchan should not selling the service.

Before going any further I need to be clear about what we can/cannot do for you. We can request a review of the game play over this period. However if the software provider are not registering any issues there is no possibility of any refund.

Where you encounter a game error, if you choose to play on without resolving the issue via support beforehand, contesting that your losses be refunded afterwards is not a valid claim. Had you won you would not be insisting the operator take the winnings back. You are contesting that over two weeks of play should be voided. So despite being aware of this problem, you have made a conscious choice to play on.

In this instance, the issue you describe almost certainly comes from something on your device conflicting with these specific games. Otherwise we would have large numbers of players complaining about these games across the hundreds of different sites that offer them.

Hi pira,

I've reviewed your account activity over the period in question and sadly we cannot support your claim.

Firstly, with respect or your assertion that there "is nothing won" - while you do lose over the period, as is to be expected when playing a negative expectation game, you do have an unremarkable number or wins interspersed amongst your losing spins throughout this period.

Furthermore, the software provider has reviewed the logs for the game and has detected no irregularitites at their end.

That being the case, as stated at the start of this investgation, we have no grounds to uphold any claim for a refund of losses.

Sorry we cannot be of further help.
