Player's Complaint

When making deposits at this casino you can enter a code to get a deposit bonus. So I did this but each time the bonus doesn't get added. There is no live chat so I am left to email them and I get no reply for hours and hours on end, The last time the manually added the bonus but this time I have just been ignored despite about 5 emails I have sent through. I believe this is set uop like this deliberately so that customers cant get the bonus. It is to much effort to get them to add it. The whole casino is very shady! And it is not only Betchan, their sister casinos are exactly the same namely: Bob Casino and Play Amo that I know of when trying to get the deposit bonus.

I eventually got them to add the bonus but what a mission. I am not going to deposit at this chain of casinos again. How can I find a list of all casinos under in this chain?
