Hello! I was lucky to win a large sum of money for playing Dead or Live2 with a minimum bet of 4.50 rubles. I was told to download all the necessary documents for verification, I downloaded a screenshot of qiwi wallet, uploaded a two-page photo to my passport, took a selfie with a passport. Having fulfilled their requirements, I was expecting a withdrawal check. After some time, the payments were declined, and a letter was sent that I did not pass the check “Your personal data was not entered” Screenshot of the letter [EDIT] The next letter came to the technical support desk. If you have entered incorrect registration details the operator would be within their rights to consider your account void.

Further to this, having done some research on the name variants that you provide, I can see no evidence that these the name you provided is a widely recognised alternative to the name on your passport.
