Player's Complaint

Im getting selfexcluded from Bob casino because im having gambling problems.

I thought i would get selfexcluded from all casinos with same license. BUT then i can play at betchan! And i lost alot of money there.

I emailed betchan support and they say i changed email adress, thats not true!

I use [EDIT] and thats the adress that get selfexcluded. I use the same at betchan.

This is à problem and i want help, with getting my money back. Also to help others not getting in same problem.

I can also tell you that i was suddenly selfexcluded att Spinia casino. I dont understand why. I want to cashout and after that i get selfexcluded. Then i understand it was the same license that Bob casino, betchan, betamo. He Said to me 29/11 i think it was, that he selfexcluded me from the other casinos. Probably he forgotten Spinia.

Now they can give me the rest of my money. They dont play fair...

Hi Mjau74,

I've discussed this issue with the operator and unfortunately we cannot uphold your claim.

Firstly, you need to be aware that under the MGA license self-exclusions apply only to the property it is are requested at unless you explicitly request that the operator extends the exclusion to other properties on the license.

You requested your self-exclusion via the automated in account tool. This means that your exclusion would only apply to Bob Casino unless you had contacted Bob Casino and requested that the exclusion be extended to other properties on the license.

If you have been told that you that they have excluded you across the license and you were allowed to play with operators on this license after this point we may be able to do something about that. Do you have a copy of the conversation where you were told this?
