I played with no bonus at this casino I won 1000 euro playing blackjack I get a message that my balance has been void they never paid me anything back no the casino has changed there license and tell me they have nothing to do with voiding my 1000 euro. They never paid me back.

In late 2016 I made a account with betchan I played got paid multiple times.
It was a satisfactory casino which I liked to play in. In 2017 I played blackjack with a deposit of 200 I won 800 and cashed out 1000. ( no bonus attached.)
No pay out for 2 months. After I received this emai..
"We would like to inform you that your winning was confiscated. The reason is in breaching the following points of the casino rules.
-development of strategies aimed at gaining of unfair winnings
-fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment providers
- creating two or more accounts
- other types of cheating
"
Of course I did non of this or is there any evidence provided that I did! After allot of emails they didn't replied anymore. I was hopeless until I knew they were connected with your site.
I got connected with there manager in 2020 that I am a valued VIP player and they want me back. As I replied I want to play at your casino but I need clarification of my previous confiscation I got the reply
" Dear player,
We are sincerely sorry for any inconveniences caused, however we are unable to provide the information in question.

Casino Support Team "
So basically I am asking for help from the pogg to clarify this RAW deposit confiscation.

This complaint both significantly exceeds the 18 month timeframe within which we accept complaints and likely precedes the point where this operator held an MGA license. As such, while we will review the issue, we will be doing so informally and not under our MGA ADR remit.
