Player's Complaint

Good day, Betchan casino offers a weekly cashback of 11% on net losses. I have deposited and lost € 7,460 in this casino since 28/08/2021 and the casino does not want to give me the cashback. When I asked you said that I have a plus on the total view in this casino. But under a weekly cashback, always the last week is looked at, so I have a right to my cashback in the amount of € 820.60. I ask for your help.

In your initial claim submitted on the 10th of September you stated "I have deposited and lost € 7,460 in this casino since 28/08/2021". Reviewing the deposit history you provided, you have only deposited €6460. Can you explain where the higher original claim comes from?

I don't know how they come to 6,410 euros when they add these numbers together.

I come to € 7,610 euro deposits when I count the payments together.

I can send you a screenshot of the deposits if you tell me where to send them.

I would be happy if we would finally come to a conclusion here. because now this is already in a few weeks and we are not yet further?

You submitted your claim on the 10th of September for a total of €7460. As such the deposits in the above list after the 10th would not make up part of this claim. The deposits before the 10th only sum to €6460. Can you explain the difference between the value you submitted in your claim on the 10th and the deposits listed above?
