Found for the Casino - This player has opened a new account to bypass a self-exclusion. As such there is nothing that we can do to help them.

Player's Complaint
I have a gambling addiction and I am not proud of this but do try my best and self exclude to assist me in keeping my addiction under control.
I have self excluded from betcoin.ag but was still able to open an account with betcoin and spent £5000
If I had of won, clearly I did not, I would been unable to withdraw any winnings as this would be against the terms and conditions.
So in theory I have just given the betcoin £5000.
Their response to me was the following

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you in this instance.
Firstly you should be aware that as a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. BetCoin do not hold a UK license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your play.
As BetCoin are not subject to the UKGC license, they are not required to meet the same responsible gambling standards as licensed operators. It would also appear that they haven't allowed you to continue playing, but rather that you've registered a second account after you closed the first one.
