I self excluded with all of these emails and the company made no effort to block my deposits or even help me in anyway way

When you choose to play with weakly or unlicensed operators, they function in the way they do specifically to allow them to have minimum regulatory interference in the protections that they offer to players. They will not change their position simply because we ask them to.
