Found for the Player - Despite our repeated efforts to contact Betfair to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

Player's Complaint

Dear Sirs and Madames,

I won about € 46,350 (Super Power) under the username [EDIT] at Betfair.  After that I won 6x power and 1x extra.  I was able to pay out € 9,000, then the account was blocked because I allegedly violated the terms and conditions.  Then I was told that the € 75 I had deposited would be refunded to me.  I got it too.  € 40,393.64 was still in the account when the account was closed.  Less the € 75, Betfair still owes me € 40,318.64.  I played the same slot several times with different devices using the same IP address.  I can not imagine that I have violated the terms and conditions

Please help me
