Player's Complaint
Hello I've had a betfair account for a few months.
The account was verified, then i had a few wins and my account was closed. no emails at all. so i contacted them on chat and said they need documents. 4 weeks later they say account closed on business grounds.
they refuse to take to me now, and i don't no what to do. i had £500 in the account which is alot of money to me.
i would be very greatfull if you could help.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
