Betfair closed my account on 11 September 2017 with $7,000 in it. I have contacted them but until now they have not provided me a reason for closing the account and keeping my money. Please help me with this. Thank you.
Betfair have provided us with enough information to establish that both IBAS and the MGA have already reviewed this case and have both supported Betfair's actions. They've also demonstrated that at least one of these bodies has explained in detail to this player why they have not been paid.
We will take no further part in the representation of this player's claim.
