Player's Complaint

I opened an account in Betfair, deposited 200 with card, won 4800, withdrew 300. Then I deposited with Skrill and withdrew, but had my account closed. I just wanted to get my funds faster, I don't mind if I get paid by card.

They've just closed it and sent me this message and nothing since other that my account is closed. Can you contact them?

Hi mioyuen4,

I've spoken to the Betfair team about this issue. They've requested that you provide proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months) and a land line on which you can be reached. Before anything else can be done you need to provide this information.

When you send this through to Betfair I would appreciate it if you could CC in [email protected] so we can verify when Betfair receive the requested information.
