I'm going to need a lot more information from you before I'd be ready to contact Betfair casino.

1) I need your username and email address at the casino to identify your account

2) Have funds been withheld?

3) If funds have been withheld was a bonus taken? If so, can you provide the terms and conditions of the bonus?

4) What information have Betfair given you regarding the closure of your account?

I'm posting the contents here to keep the information in one place; "Hello, My username is: [EDIT] My email is: [EDIT] I did take a bonus and actually most of the money in my account is bonus money, but they say they haven't closed my account for breach of terms. They say it's because information of my proof of address doesn't match my account. Here are their terms: hxxps://casino.betfair.com/promotions/#/ I took the 200% up to 300 bonus and played a few spins on slots at 50 pounds a spin and won."
