I won this money on the slots on the 13th March 2020. I have sent them all the documents that they asked for straight away and yet they are still not sending me my money. Whenever I speak to them they give no explanation as to why they are not sending it only that I have to wait. I think nearly 3 weeks is long enough to do whatever checks they need to do.
