Betfair - Suspended and no contact

Player's Complaint
My account has been suspended, despite uploading all documents and previously being "verified" (which on mobile view it says I am verified still). I believe this was triggered whilst adding a new payment card (which my bank declined the deposit due to being a new account and a high value-I have since spoke to my bank and they have unblocked the payment card in question (ending 2100). I have since contacted the help but they have given no indication when I will be unsuspended. I have not received any communication from the suspension team. I have uploaded a scanned clear copy of my passport, and a debit card, and a phone bill.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
