Player's Complaint
Recently, I was invited to take part in a casino offer. Bet £100 get £100. On this offer I won £180 followed by a further £36 on an arcade game offer, bet £10 get £2. I submitted a withdrawal for £306 (leaving £10 in the account.) I then received an email saying my account has been closed and the money is being withheld. I have asked for an explanation of why the account was closed and why my money is being withheld but have not been given an answer.

Unfortunately our dialogue with Betfair has broken down and they have opted not to discuss this issue with us.
At this stage all I can suggest you do is contact Betfair's UKGC approved ADR service eCOGRA.
