BetFTV – stalling withdrawal


Found for the Player - FashionTV Casino have failed to pay this player after a regulator ruling in favour of the player. Their license has subsequently been revoked though they are still actively briefing players that they still hold a Curacao license.

Player's Complaint

Dear ThePogg,

I'm writing to formalise my complaint against BetFTV site.

I had played over months at the site and on the 27/5 made my first withdrawal. Note that I had not taken their bonus offers as I did not want to participate due to the rollover betting requirements,

By the 28th May I had received a request to complete their KYC process to prove my identity and address details. I subsequently completed this and was advised before the beginning of June that rhe withdrawal was approved and would be processed by finance.

The withdrawal is for a total,of 9000 USD.

After waiting for two weeks I noticed that the withdrawal was not processed and have since chased them every few days to check on the status. I have consistently been told that the matter was being "prioritised by the relevant department" although nothing has changed and the withdrawal remains pending two months later.

I have made contact with Gaming Curaçao to formalise a complaint against the site, and my contact their has advised that he is picking the matter up with the Managing Directors of the site.

Customer service team continue to reassure that they are escalating this matter and it is being prioritised, however will make no commitment as to when the withdrawal will be processed.

There is no dispute over the validity of my withdrawal.

I see that you are currently managing similar lengthy delays and I hope that you can help secure payments by adding weight to the other claims that seem to be legitimately delayed by the site.

I have chat logs, account details and print screens of my account that I can provide and have already provided to Gamung Curaçao as licensing body.

Thanks in anticipation for any help you can provide.

Before we can do anything to help you I need you to provide me with the username and email address you use at BetFTV.

You are right - we are currently managing 2 other complaints of a very similar nature against this group. I will give you the same advice I've given the other complainants at this point. Gaming Curacao are your best chance of getting paid. Be patient and polite at all times! I'm not guaranteeing that this group will succeed, that depends on how much BetFTV wish to retain their license, but this is the only group that BetFTV are talking to. I'll continue to apply pressure to Gaming Curacao, but you need to understand that if regulatory sanctions are going to be imposed this will be a slow process.

I've been informed by Gaming Curacao today that they've stipulated that FashionTV are to pay the various outstanding player balances this week or their license will be suspended.

Hopefully your money will come through....

Hi maks,

As you've not received your payment I've contacted Gaming Curacao again to confirm that the FashionTV license has been revoked. I'll let you know when I hear from them.
