Player's Complaint

On 16.10 casino blocked my account with the money on the balance that I was ready to withdraw. That happened right after I contacted with the issue with withdrawal button. It was not active and I couldn't finish my withdrawal. It is also important to know that it was my first withdrawal in casino, I deposited more than 2000€ before I wanted to make a withdrawal request.

BetMaster have initiated a dialogue regarding this issue. They inform us that while they do have records of an account with their sister property CasinoIn under the email address you provided, they do not have an account registered to that email address with BetMasters.

Can you please double-check the details you provided? Is there another email address or perhaps a mobile number associated with your BetMasters account?
