Player's Complaint
On 16.10 casino blocked my account with the money on the balance that I was ready to withdraw. That happened right after I contacted with the issue with withdrawal button. It was not active and I couldn't finish my withdrawal. It is also important to know that it was my first withdrawal in casino, I deposited more than 2000€ before I wanted to make a withdrawal request.
