Good day. I request 4 withdrawals {3 x 500eur and 1 x 499eur|}. Asking prospects regarding my request but always waiting for accounting/department. No any info from casino about my request. For yr info I sent claim to casino but they say address yrs via casino chat. In chat always they say the same waiting accounting department. They sent me many sms"auto responding sms} than they can.t take the money from my account. Pls yr assist. Additional remain 1100eur in my account which this amount the site no permit me to request withdrawal. mthanks

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 10th of September let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.

Good day. For yr info all my deposits made to betmaster are ttl 6 per 20 euro each. By scrill wallet 4 and by visa card 2. On Aug 18, 2x20. On Aug 20, 2x20 , On Aug 21, 1x20 and on Aug 23, 1x20euros. Asking any evidence of their claim multiply accounts but not any answer because is not true. Mthank.

Yes. They blocked my account and as they said reason multiply accounts which is not true. My account balance 4000euro and not valid the reason multiply accounts. I requested from betmasyer to provide the emails or usernames or deposits made for each account but they don't provide any, just they said due to multiply accounts. Theu offer to return my deposits 6x20eur which I don't accept and I rewuest my winings 4000euro. I confirm that never additional account registered by myself and who the reason for 2nd or more accounts, bonus never requested. Kindly yr help. Mthanks.

If you have submitted this issue to another complaint management service, as we are not legally obligated to act on this matter, we will cease any further activity on the matter.
Sending multiple services to chase the same issue is inefficient for all parties involved.

Sory gentlemans. That I do because no any info regarding this matter since last Sep 11th. On 18th I requested if any update but I don t received any reply. For the previous complaints yr updates was frequently in short time Now no any info excpept on Sep 11 "if experiancing issues" since fom Sep 8th I inform you thatt they blocked my account wt 4000eur balance.
Ok. I will cancel my submit complain via other site. What you suggest? to cancel my compaint wt other site.

It is up to you whether you would prefer us to continue looking at this issue or for AskGamblers to take over. It simply frustrates the process when the people responsible have to go through the case multiple times with different mediators.
As to when you will receive a response, please see the red box directly above the comment section and our Complaint Guidance. We do not respond to requests for updates unless we are at a point where we have something useful to communicate to you. If you don't receive a response it means we are still discussing the issue with the operator or another relevant 3rd party.
