Hi jsan1 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Unfortunately it's unlikely we can do anything to help you in this case. While BetMclean use to operate under the same license as BoyleSports, they don't anymore. You can see the license pages for these operators at the following links:
- BoyleSports - https://secure.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/PublicRegister/Search/Detail/39469
- BetMclean - https://secure.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/PublicRegister/Search/Detail/38949
You will be able to see on the above pages that BoyleSports list betmclean.com as 'Inactive'. In other words this is no longer a domain they are responsible for managing. This could have happened for a number of reasons. BoyleSports have possibly sold this domain to another company or BetMcLean could be a white label that BoyleSports were providing infrastructure and licensing to. Regardless, BetMcLean no longer operator on the BoyleSports license and as such self-exclusions at one would not be carried over to the other.
Sorry we can't be of more help,
