I registered on the www.betmotion.com two years ago, in February 2016.During this time I made deposits for the amount of 1300 USD by Skrill (if necessary I can provide you with a screenshot of my Skrill account) and played on their website. My account is fully verified (if necessary I can provide you with a screenshot). February 11, 2018, I first time ordered the withdrawal of funds in the amount of 1000 USD (if necessary I can provide you with a screenshot). Already passed 44 days, but I have not received any money. On my appeal to support by e-mail they responded me 2 weeks ago: "We regret to inform that your case still has no answer, but soon it will be answered we apologize for the long delay in order to give you information. We have already contacted our department again asking for information."
Kindly ask you to help me to receive money.

Thank you very much! I confirm that I received 1000 USD from BetMotion on April 2, 2018. They said that it was technical problem with Skrill and they proposed to withdraw into my Neteller account and I agreed. Also today I ordered withdrawal of the rest of account balance 1150 USD into my Neteller account. Here is screenshot - [EDIT] Can I ask you to take control of the payment of this amount?
