Player's Complaint

hello, I made a bet on the match you esports BB vs. Tundra on the victory of the Tundra team in the second map, I bet $180! As I looked after, Tundra lost this match, but after an investigation, after a couple of hours, the Tundra team was awarded the victory, because the BB team played dishonestly! I wrote to them and told them to either correctly calculate my bet or at least return the money, because the result of the game was different! I wrote to them 5 times and always got the same answer that we will pass the information on to the manager and he will consider your bet, but they always said that they calculated correctly, to my arguments that you have in the eSports rules under paragraph 4 it says that you expect bets according to official data, to which I sent them many websites and screenshots of official data, that they are mistaken and incorrectly calculate my bet, they did not answer for a long time after I asked them to provide my official source (where the team's victory is indicated BB) and the points of their rules by which they calculate the bet for me, they did not provide me with the points of the rules by which they calculate my bet in this way, but they provided the site on which the BB team won, but during the day their official website changed the winner towards the team TUNDRA, I wrote to them about this, realizing that they will come up with something again in order to simply not calculate my bet according to their rules. After that, as I thought, they answered me in a different way (In reference to ticket end 31743685, please note, as line managers advised: (All markets are settled on the official results declared by the organization. Any subsequent disqualifications or changes to the results - we do not consider for betting purposes.)) But this is not written in the rules! I read their rules in other sports, such as Table Tennis, it says under the paragraph: (2. If a Player is disqualified, for whatever reason, wagers on the outcome of that match are void. This can be after a match is completed.) After these arguments, they do not answer me! I tried to contact their licensee, but their licensee does not answer me! Betonline.ag support also does not give me any data so that I can file a complaint, I asked them for ADR, but they did not provide it either, I saved all correspondence with them and I have all the evidence! I hope that you will deal with them, because this is a blatant lie on their part, for each of my arguments, they always found new and new excuses!
