I have been trying to withdraw my funds from betonline.ag sportsbook since August 2021 - I submitted a withdrawal of 14008 USD via Bitcoin but the transaction got denied. They requested whole verification process from me again (I already passed few years back when I created my account) - I provided all the documents (ID, proof of address, photos of both sides of credit card, skrill screenshot and selfie with me holding the ID) - after that I was supposed to get a verification call which we arranged four times, but the call never came from their side. Meanwhile my account has been blocked and live chat support always claims that my query is being escalated to relevant department.
