Player's Complaint

On 3/19/2019 we discover that our 12 yr old son has been gambling at bet online ag. And using our credit card. I contacted bet online regarding the unauthorized charges and also ask how was a 12 yr old able to open an account with them. The customer service representative first denied that the account existed then claimed that there was not deposit because they dont take Paypal, I was able to provide copies of the charges on my Paypal Mastercard. I was assured that I would be contacted by a supervisor and my complaint was escalated. There has been no attempt to contact me by this casino. I was also told that they would not issue a refund. I currently have a dispute with PayPal as unauthorized charges. I still wonder how my son was able to open this account.i have also contacted our State Attorneys office.

Hi pete1438 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you in this situation. In the first instance, where a complaint relates to unauthorised transactions on your payment method this is beyond the scope of this service and necessarily needs to be investigated by your payment provider and local police. Secondly, given that you know who carried out the transactions, they should not have had access to your payment account to engage these transactions. All we can suggest is that your change your access details and ensure they remain secure in future.

Sorry we cannot be of further help!
