Resolved - Betport casino have no paid this player's balance in full. It should be noted that Betport casino failed to respond to any communications from this site and ultimately it took the involvement of their regulator in Curacao to facilitate payment of the balance. As such Betport will retain their status as both non-responsive to complaints and as Not Recommended.

After a month or 2 of playing at Betport I deposited £1000 on Feb 23 and finished on £9350. There was no bonus used to win this money. I requested a withdrawal which I have not received. I understand 10 days is often not long enough but they have also locked me out of the account and not replied to my email. They have said nothing at all. My username is my email address [EDIT]

I'll try to contact Betport and see what I can find out. I will state in advance that this casino has been non-responsive to previous complaints so I don't hold out a great deal of hope.

I have received no response from Betport casino so far. I've issued a final email with a deadline of Monday the 23rd of March before I take this issue to their regulator in Curacao.
