Player's Complaint

i won 1650€ on 7.10.2021 on the site betrebels. i deposited 200€ and recived 70€ of bonus. I completed the wager and withdrawed the money. They started to ask all sorts of documents: new pic of id, bank statement and paycheck. i provided every document they asked. Few days later i got an email saying that i am abusing the bonus system and they arent paying me my money.
