Player's Complaint

Hi

I joined BetRegal and deposited 100e, I then received the matched bonus which was subject to wagering requirements of 9X before I could withdraw

The bonus policy stated that winnings could not be greater than 500 and that any single bet greater than 50% or 50e would be a violation.

After wagering the funds in my account to 1,050, I tried to withdraw them and after 5 days the request was declined and they stated that I had violated the policy. This is not correct as all single bets did not exceed 50% or 50e, I did place two combo bets which were greater than this but because the policy clearly states a single bet I deemed this not to be in violation. Single bet is clearly defined as betting on the outcome of one event. However Betregal argued that this means quantity which is extrememly arbitrary and with that they withheld my winnings of 950e, even though only 30% of the funds in my account were bonus funds I feel it is extremely unjust that they are able to do this and would greatly appreciate if you could advise if it possible to regain the funds I fairly won.

Hi Nikey2022 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Please ensure you have read our Complaint Guidance to ensure that you fully understand how our complaint management process functions.

As we are the ADR for the Aspire Global license under the Malta Gaming Authority license there is certain information we have to provide you now.

You can find all the relevant information about this service here – http://thepogg.com/terms-of-use/ and the terms of use for our complaint service here - https://thepogg.com/terms-of-use-for-dispute-resolution-service/

To summarise.

– Use of this service does not preclude your seeking redress through court proceedings .

– This service is free to use for both the complainant and operator.

– At any point during the procedure the submitting party retains the right to withdraw their complaint. This does not preclude our right to continue the discussion with the involved operator of general issues related to the complaint (i.e. insufficiently clear terms and conditions).

– You are not obliged to obtain independent or legal advice or representation, though you may choose to do so.

Unfortunately there is nothing that we can do to assist you in this matter.

Firstly, multiplier bets are still single bets. The entire amount of the bet is at risk. There is no possibility, at the time of placing the bet, of a partial loss or win based on a partially un/favorable result. You are increasing the number of conditions that you need to meet to receive a payout, not placing different bets.

Secondly, where the terms of the bonus agreement are breached, the operator is within their legal right to consider the bonus contract void and reset both parties to pre-contract conditions.

Sorry we cannot be of further help,

ThePOGG
