Hi there,
I deposited 250 GBP into Betsafe and was given 250 GBP as a welcome bonus. I played slots and used spin between 5 and 15 GBP. After completing the rollover I had 6400 GBP in winnings. I put a withdrawal request for 1000 GBP and the payment was successfully processed and paid to my account. After the 1000 GBP was deposited into my account, I decided to do a bank transfer and withdraw the rest of my money(5400 GBP). I waited for about 7 days and today I tried to log in and check why is the payment taking so long. Unfortunately I wasn't able to log in and UI message was displayed stating my account was inactive. I contacted the chat and was told that I would get an email regarding my query.
Here is the email I received:
Hi [EDIT],
Thank you to contact us on chat.
We wish to inform you that your account has been closed by the relevant team and your winnings confiscated since you already withdraw more than your deposits, by the relevant team due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions, which may be found here.
Do not hesitate to contact us again if you have further questions.
We wish good day!
Best regards,
[EDIT]
I checked the terms and conditions and it was never mentioned that I couldn't make a withdrawal higher than my deposit amount.
Could you please assist with my issue.
Thank you,
[EDIT]

Hi Aditoro8 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Unfortunately there's not going to be anything we can do to help you in this instance. The issue is NOT that you can't withdraw more than you deposited, it's that you violated the terms and conditions of the bonus.
Below is the maximum wager term at Betsafe casino:
By placing wagers of more than £6 while you had a bonus you violated the above term. In most cases the operator will remove all winnings and only return your deposit when this happens. Betsafe clearly missed this breach of terms when they paid your first withdrawal and as such you've received £750 more than you would have received had they spotted that you'd over bet.
As there's been a clear breach of terms there's no grounds to ask the operator to pay you. Sorry!
